新时代高校学生面临多重诱惑,如何将他们吸引到教学中是一个重要问题。以竞赛为导向,组建创新团队,可使学生将课堂知识迅速实用化,变成看得见的成果,有利于学生不断投入热情,激发自主学习兴趣,从而在全体学生中起到引领良好风气的作用。以此思想为依据,在湖北工业大学测控技术及仪器专业中开展了创新团队“力创”的组建,突出学生主体地位,教师担任指导角色,实现了真正的学生自主学习、自主钻研、自主创新了良好氛围。从“力创”团队组建以来的表现看,已经走上了自我成长与发展的良好道路,并在一系列大赛中取得了显著成绩,并在本专业学生中取得了很好的示范作用,证明了以竞赛为导向的创新团队实践育人机制切实可行,在其他专业中值得推广。
