提出了一种新的滑线系数测量方法,并基于一般曲面稳定缠绕条件,设计了一种能够简便快捷测量滑线系数的新型芯模。该芯模在固定缠绕角情况下,沿母线方向任意点处的纬度圆半径与该点的滑线系数之间满足线性关系。利用该方法及其装置对碳纤维和玻璃纤维在不同缠绕速度、缠绕张力和胶液黏度等条件下与铝质芯模间的滑线系数进行了测量表征。研究结果表明,该方法可为缠绕纤维与芯模表面间滑线系数的测量及非测地线缠绕轨迹规划设计提供依据。
A new method of measuring slip coefficient is proposed. Based on the condition of stable winding of general curved surface, a new type of mandrel is designed which can measure slip coefficient easily and quickly. In the case of a fixed winding angle, the mandrel satisfies a linear relationship between the radius of the latitude circle at any point along the generatrix direction and the sliding coefficient of the point. The slip coefficient of carbon fiber and glass fiber with aluminum mandrel under different conditions of winding speed, winding tension and glue viscosity were measured by this method and its equipment. The results show that this method can provide the basis for the measurement of the slip coefficient between the winding fiber and the core surface and the planning and planning of the winding trajectory of non-geodesic.
