环核苷酸(cAMP、cGMP)是调节细胞功能的重要物质,在神经、内分泌传递信息过程中起“第二信使”作用。虽然环核苷酸是细胞内物质,但细胞外液环核苷酸越来越多地作为激素作用的指标。血浆cAMP和cGMP含量的改变被视为多种激素作用改变的综合效应。已知内毒素的克伴有多种激素和介质含量的改变。本实验通过测定内毒素休克狗血浆cAMP和cGMP含量,分析它们的变化规律。在此基础上,观察654-2对内毒素休克狗血浆cAMP和cGMP的影响,主要结果如下:
Cyclic nucleotides (cAMP, cGMP) are important substances that regulate the function of cells and play a “second messenger” role in the transmission of information by nerves and endocrine processes. Although cyclic nucleotides are intracellular substances, extracellular liquid cyclic nucleotides are increasingly used as an indicator of hormonal effects. Changes in plasma cAMP and cGMP levels are considered as a combined effect of multiple hormonal effects. Known endotoxin grams accompanied by a variety of hormones and media content changes. In this study, we measured the plasma cAMP and cGMP levels in dogs with endotoxic shock and analyzed their changes. On this basis, the effects of 654-2 on cAMP and cGMP in dogs with endotoxic shock were observed. The main results are as follows:
