结合美国和欧盟在X射线荧光光谱法检测玩具中铅的报告和标准方法,对X射线荧光光谱仪进行了分类剖析,列举能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪检测玩具中铅的优势,分析现阶段还存在的问题,结合理论和实践对问题逐一提出应对措施,为建立X射线荧光光谱法检测玩具中铅的标准方法提供正确方向和理论基础。
Based on the reports and standard methods of the United States and the European Union (EU) in detecting lead in toys by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was classified and analyzed. The advantages of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in detecting lead in toys were listed. Problem, combined with theory and practice of the problem one by one to put forward countermeasures to establish the standard method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry detection of lead in toys to provide the correct direction and theoretical basis.
