传统蒙药“那如·苏木珠尔”用于除湿祛风已有悠久历史。它是用草乌、诃子、荜茇等量制成生药散剂口服。临床实践证明本复方比单用草乌毒性低而疗效高,其机理未见报导,兹将实验结果介绍如下。实验材料药材:草乌用自采的北乌头,荜拨、诃子均为云南产。药品:乌头总碱:按文献[1]方法提取,精制配成10mg％溶液,荜拨挥发油:按文献[1]方法提取,配成0.1％乳液,诃子提取液:醇提、水沉制成1:10的溶液实验方法与结果
The traditional Mongolian medicine “Naru Sujujur” has a long history of dehumidifying hurricanes. It is made orally by using medicinal herbs, wolfberry fruit, wolfberry and so on. Clinical practice has proved that this compound has lower toxicity and higher curative effect than Aconitum alone. Its mechanism has not been reported. The experimental results are described below.
