针对往复机械非平稳时变冲击型振声特点,提出了同步锁相滤波预处理、AR-短时谱(S-TD及AR-伪Wigner分布(PWVD)等适用的处理及分析方法。以190柴油机诊断为具体应用目标,进行了以上理论及方法的验证及应用工作。试验及分析结果表明了以上方法的有效性及工程实用性。对于几种机器故障状态的分析结果,以上各方法间的对应情况相当好,符合机器运行机理及故障特征,是进行往复机械振声分析及诊断的有效途径。
Aiming at the characteristics of nonstationary and time-varying impact vibration of reciprocating machinery, the suitable processing and analysis methods such as synchronous phase-locked filter preprocessing, AR-short time spectrum (S-TD and AR-pseudo Wigner distribution PWVD) Diesel engine diagnosis for the specific application objectives, the above theory and method validation and application work.Experimental and analysis results show the effectiveness of the above methods and engineering practicability.For several kinds of machine fault status analysis results, the above methods Corresponding situation is quite good, in line with the mechanism of machine operation and fault characteristics, is the reciprocating mechanical vibration analysis and diagnosis of effective ways.
