在自制的激光快速成形(LRF)系统上,利用优化的激光快速成形工艺参量,制备了从100% 316L到100%Rene 88DT成分连续渐变的梯度材料(FGM)。所成形梯度材料的组织致密,成分、组织和硬度在40 mm梯度过渡层内连续渐变。在梯度过渡层内,随着Rene 88DT合金所含比例的逐渐提高,硬度和一次枝晶间距持续增大,硬度值从底部100% 316L的186 Hv连续渐变到顶端100% Rene 88DT的458 Hv。平均一次枝晶间距由底部的12.41μm逐渐增大到顶部的16.99μm。
Gradient material (FGM) with continuous gradation from 100% 316L to 100% Rene 88DT was fabricated on a self-made laser rapid prototyping (LRF) system using optimized laser rapid prototyping process parameters. The formed gradient material has a dense structure, a gradual change of composition, microstructure and hardness within a 40 mm gradient transition zone. The hardness and primary dendrite spacing continued to increase with increasing proportions of Rene 88DT alloy in the graded transitional layer, with hardness values varying continuously from 186 Hv at 100% 316L at the bottom to 458 Hv at the top 100% Rene 88DT. The average primary dendrite spacing gradually increased from 12.41μm at the bottom to 16.99μm at the top.
