From the early 1950s until the mid-1960s, the “British Hong Kong Government” led a massive housing project that provided housing for married junior police. These dozen residential construction projects can be broadly divided into two phases and two types. Several projects of the 1950s were multi-story buildings characterized by a “terrace” per household; several of the projects of the 1960s were high-rise slab-type buildings characterized by “air streets” ". Thus, the design study on the old police quarters in Hong Kong focused on three basic types of building types: basic features, changes and design origins. The article, the second part of the study, deals with the study of air street types.
