近年来,我国各行各业竞相发展,依靠机电一体化技术,大幅度地提高产品的性能、质量和可靠性,提高制造水平,增加产品的应变能力,提高劳动生产率,节约大量能源和材料消耗。煤炭系统也在利用机电一体化技术改造旧设备和开发新产品方面做了大量的工作,取得一定的成效。它已使人们清楚地认识到,机电一体化技术和产品的发展,是实现高效、安全、机械化采煤和煤矿机电产品更新换代的重要途径。针对机电一体化技术在煤矿中的应用进行阐述,并对其发展趋势进行分析。
In recent years, all walks of life in our country have been competing for development. By relying on the mechatronics technology, the performance, quality and reliability of products are greatly improved, the manufacturing level is increased, the adaptability of products is increased, the productivity of labor is increased, and a great deal of energy and material consumption are saved. The coal system has also done a great deal of work in using electromechanical integration technology to transform old equipment and developing new products, and achieved some success. It has made it clear that the development of mechatronic technology and products is an important way to achieve the replacement of mechanical, electrical and mechanical products with high efficiency, safety and mechanization. Aiming at the application of mechatronics technology in coal mines, the development trend of the technology is analyzed.
