用热扩散法和电场辅助扩散法制备了Cs+-Na+离子交换玻璃玻导.温度低于玻璃转变温度时,这些波导具有良好的热稳定性.研究结果表明,Cs+-Na十离子交换不服从Fick扩散定律.因CS十和Na+之间巨大的尺寸差异而产生的应力梯度和因上述两种离子的扩散系数差别较大而形成的电中性场梯度渥s+-Na+离子交换中的扩散过程.本文提出的离子交换机理可很好地解释折射率分布及由SEM法和X射线能谱法所得的浓度分布.
The Cs + -Na + ion exchange glass glass guide was prepared by thermal diffusion method and electric field assisted diffusion method. These waveguides have good thermal stability at temperatures below the glass transition temperature. The results show that, Cs + -Na ten ion exchange does not obey Fick diffusion law. The stress gradient due to the huge size difference between CS + and Na + and the diffusion process in the electric neutral field gradient Ot + Na + ion exchange resulting from the large difference between the diffusion coefficients of the two ions. The ion exchange mechanism proposed in this paper can explain the refractive index distribution well and the concentration distribution obtained by SEM and X-ray energy spectrum.
