目的了解2015年北京市昌平区致泻性大肠埃希菌耐药状况并对其进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型研究。方法药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)推荐的K-B纸片法进行24种抗生素的敏感性分析;PFGE实验参照PulseNet PFGE实验方法。结果药敏结果显示,致泻性大肠埃希菌对头孢比肟、亚胺培南完全敏感;对阿米卡星、妥布霉素、米诺环素耐药率极高,分别为94.6%、97.3%和97.3%。耐药谱分析显示,致泻性大肠埃希菌同时耐受抗生素种类为2~7种。PFGE分析发现,33株致泻性大肠埃希菌具有31种PFGE带型,菌株之间的相似系数为68.0%~100.0%,其中2株ETEC和2株EPEC有一致的PFGE带型。结论昌平区引起腹泻的致泻性大肠埃希菌耐受抗生素的种类多、多重耐药严重且PFGE带型呈高度多态性。
Objective To investigate the drug-resistance status of diarrheal Escherichia coli in Changping District of Beijing in 2015 and investigate the genotyping by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Methods Susceptibility testing 24 antibiotics susceptibility assays were performed according to the K-B discography recommended by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Standards (CLSI); PFGE experiments were based on the PulseNet PFGE assay. Results The results of drug susceptibility test showed that diarrheal Escherichia coli was completely sensitive to ceftibioxime and imipenem. The resistance rates to amikacin, tobramycin and minocycline were 94.6% , 97.3% and 97.3% respectively. Resistance spectrum analysis showed that diarrheal Escherichia coli simultaneously resistant to antibiotic species is 2 to 7 species. PFGE analysis showed that 33 strains of E.coli with diarrhea had 31 PFGE bands, and the similarity coefficient was 68.0% -100.0%. Among them, 2 strains of ETEC and 2 strains of EPEC had consistent PFGE patterns. Conclusion The diarrhea-causing diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli in Changping district have many kinds of antibiotic resistance, and the multi-drug resistance is serious and the PFGE band type is highly polymorphic.
