目的本研究通过观测参芪扶正粉针静脉给药对动物机体免疫功能的影响,探讨其免疫调节作用。方法每项检测用KM小鼠50只,雌雄各半,按体质量随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为阴性对照组、参芪扶正粉针低剂量(20mg/10g)组、中剂量(40mg/10g)组、高剂量(80mg/10g)组及参芪扶正注射液组(0.8mL/10g)。连续静脉给药7d后,分别检测小鼠脏器指数、溶血空斑数、血清溶血素水平、迟发型变态反应、T淋巴细胞转化增殖、碳廓清指数及NK细胞活性等免疫指标。结果与阴性对照组相比,参芪扶正粉针40、80mg/10g组及参芪扶正注射液0.8mL/10g组小鼠的脏器指数、血清溶血素水平、溶血空斑数、迟发型变态反应、T淋巴细胞转化增殖、碳廓清指数及NK细胞活性指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);而参芪扶正粉针20mg/10g组,仅碳廓清指数和NK细胞活性两项指标与阴性对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正粉针能增强小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫作用,能有效地提高机体的免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the immune function of the animal and to explore its immunoregulatory effect. Methods Fifty KM mice for each test were randomly divided into 5 groups according to their body weight, 10 in each group. They were negative control group, low dose of Shenqi Fuzheng powder (20mg / 10g) Dose (40mg / 10g) group, high dose (80mg / 10g) group and Shenqi Fuzheng injection group (0.8mL / 10g). After continuous intravenous administration for 7 days, the indexes such as organ index, hemolytic plaque number, serum hemolysin level, delayed type allergy, T lymphocyte transformation and proliferation, carbon clearance index and NK cell activity were detected respectively. Results Compared with the negative control group, the indexes of organ, serum hemolysin, hemolytic plaque, delayed metamorphosis in mice of 40, 80mg / 10g group and 0.8ml / 10g group of Shenqi Fuzheng injection Reaction, T lymphocyte transformation and proliferation, carbon clearance index and NK cell activity index were statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01); while the Shenqi Fuzheng powder 20mg / 10g group, only the carbon clearance index and NK cell activity The difference between the two indexes and the negative control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng powder acupuncture can enhance the non-specific and specific immune function in mice, which can effectively improve the body’s immune function.
