企业文化的形成和发展并不只是基于企业内部因素,一个同时具有民族性、区域性、社会性和时代性的企业文化,将更加具有持续力和活力,更能为企业发展营造良好的内外部环境。本文提出了企业文化形成和发展的树状模型,在此基础上,以中国移动中山分公司构建“担当文化”为案例,重点探讨企业如何通过融合和汲取地方人文精神和地域文化的优秀因子进行企业文化建设。
