目的:探讨参与式教学方法的实践应用,以提升卫生法学专业的教学效果,提高学生法律思维和问题解决能力。方法:在每个年级抽取卫生法学专业课程,然后由教师在课堂上应用参与式教学方法,最后使用自行设计的调查问卷对学生进行调查。结果:上大学后,分别有84.3%和97.1%的学生认为自学能力和搜集资料能力有提高,学生在网络上查找资料更加熟练。82.9%的学生认为参与式教学相比传统式教学更能提升学习的主动性,有94.2%的人认为参与式教学可以推广。结论:卫生法学专业开展参与式教学方法应当推行并且可行。但是在具体实施过程中,还应注意坚持参与式教学法与讲授教学法有效结合,讨论应围绕教学目的,教师应了解授课对象的特点,教师应努力激发学生有效参与。
Objective: To explore the practical application of participatory teaching methods in order to enhance the teaching effectiveness of health law major and improve the students’ legal thinking and problem solving ability. Methods: At every grade, the course of health law was drawn, and then the teacher applied the participatory teaching method in the classroom. Finally, the students were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results: After attending university, 84.3% and 97.1% of the students thought that self-learning ability and data collection ability were improved, and students were more proficient in finding information on the Internet. 82.9% of students think that participatory teaching can improve the learning initiative more than traditional teaching, 94.2% of them think that participatory teaching can be promoted. Conclusion: The method of participatory teaching in health law should be implemented and feasible. However, in the process of concrete implementation, we should also pay attention to the effective combination of participatory teaching method and teaching method of teaching. The discussion should focus on the teaching purpose. Teachers should understand the characteristics of teaching objects. Teachers should make efforts to stimulate students’ effective participation.
