本研究采用自编初中生同伴冲突解决策略评定问卷,对大连市360名初中生施测,以考察初中生同伴冲突解决策略的结构及发展特点。结果表明:初中生同伴冲突解决策略包括积极应对、妥协、竞争、顺从、回避五个维度;自编问卷具有较好的信效度与适用性;总体上,初中生同伴冲突解决策略发展随年级的增长呈倒“V”趋势,但每个阶段的发展速度不均衡;初中生冲突解决策略发展总体性别差异不显著,但在“积极应对”和“妥协”两个因子上,男生显著高于女生。
In this study, self-compilation of junior high school students peer conflict resolution strategy assessment questionnaire, Dalian junior high school students 360 test to examine junior high school students conflict resolution strategy of the structure and development characteristics. The results show that the junior middle school students’ conflict resolution strategies include five aspects: positive coping, compromise, competition, obeying and avoiding. Self-compiled questionnaire has good reliability, validity and applicability. On the whole, The trend of development in each stage is not balanced. The overall gender difference in the development of conflict resolution strategies for junior high school students is not significant, but in the “positive response” and “compromise” two factors On the boys was significantly higher than girls.
