In the morphological and anatomical teaching of botany roots and leaves, the type of metamorphosis of plant vegetative organs is more confusing. For this reason, we focused on the teachings of rhythm and leaf metamorphosis in one lesson and achieved good results. The teaching process is briefly described below. This class is in the lab. On the experimental bench, there were corn root, sweet potato, onion, dodder seed, potato, cucumber stem pea stalk, alfalfa, and imperata. After reviewing the knowledge of normal rhizomes and leaves, the teacher produced a pot of cactus and asked the students to observe and answer: Which part is the stem and what part is the leaf? After the student responds, the teacher asks the students to take
