对弧齿锥齿轮温锻成形过程中齿模温度场进行了分析,研究了摩擦因子、坯料温度、成形速度对齿模温度场的影响规律。结果表明,在成形过程中,齿模型腔齿顶处温度最高,齿根处温度最低。随坯料温度的升高及摩擦因子的增大,模具表层温度升高,成形速度对模具温度影响显著。研究结果可为弧齿锥齿轮温锻成形的模具设计、工艺方案制订提供理论依据。
The temperature field of the die during the warm forging process of the spiral bevel gear was analyzed. The influence of the friction factor, the temperature of the blank and the forming speed on the temperature field of the die was studied. The results show that in the forming process, the highest temperature is obtained at the top of tooth cavity and the lowest at the tooth root. With the increase of billet temperature and the increase of friction factor, the surface temperature of the mold increases and the forming speed has a significant effect on the mold temperature. The results can provide a theoretical basis for mold design and process planning of the spiral bevel gear warm forging.
