针对生物沼气加压水洗脱碳过程,进行工艺与动态特性分析。影响加压水洗脱碳过程的主要因素有液气比(进液流量与进气流量之比)、吸收压力、吸收温度等。液气比的增大、较高的吸收压力和低温均有利于提高CO_2的吸收率。以产品气CO_2体积分数低于3%和节能环保为目标,确定最优工艺参数,设计自动控制系统。对设计的系统进行实验,结果表明,所设计的控制系统稳定性高,控制效果良好,CO_2脱除率高。
For biogas pressurized water washing decarbonization process, the process and dynamic characteristics of the analysis. The main factors that influence the process of pressurized water washing decarburization are the liquid-gas ratio (the ratio of the influent flow to the influent flow), the absorption pressure, the absorption temperature, and the like. The increase of the liquid-gas ratio, the higher absorption pressure and the lower temperature are all beneficial to increase the CO 2 absorption rate. The product gas CO 2 volume fraction of less than 3% and energy saving and environmental protection as the goal, to determine the optimal process parameters, the design of automatic control system. Experiments on the designed system show that the designed control system has high stability, good control effect and high CO 2 removal rate.
