介绍了对车用柴油机气气中冷器内对流换热过程的三维数值计算的实施过程及结果分析,其热气通道的传热边界条件是通过对沿流程单位长度段内的能量平衡分析而推导出的函数关系来表征的。用SIMPLEST算法对流动传热过程进行了三维数值计算。对比了不同传热边界条件的计算结果,按本文推导确定的边界条件计算的结果与实测结果取得了很好的吻合,为借助于数值计算分析中冷器传热过程奠定了基础
The implementation process and result analysis of the three-dimensional numerical calculation of the convective heat transfer process in a gas-air intercooler of a diesel engine are introduced.
