结合佛山市顺德区高富路百安互通立交段软基处理工程实例,系统阐述了道路扩建工程中应用袋装砂井加固软土地基的设计方法和现场施工监控方案。堆载预压过程中路基沉降监测结果表明,预压填土高度的增大对路基固结沉降的增加有显著的影响。在堆载预压的初期和中期地基沉降速率较大,在堆载后期以及堆载完毕后的预压期,地基沉降速率明显减缓,袋装砂井排水固结施工时在堆载预压的初期和中期严格控制分级堆载大小与堆载速率非常重要。在公路扩建实例工程中立交桥改造扩建路段采用袋装砂井堆载预压法加固软土地基取得了良好的加固效果,具有较好的经济优势,值得在同类工程中推广应用。
Combining with the soft foundation treatment project of Baian Interchange in Gaofu Road, Shunde District, Foshan City, the design method and on-site construction monitoring scheme of soft soil foundation with bagged sand wells in road expansion project are expounded systematically. The monitoring results of subgrade settlement during preloading of preloading show that the increase of preloading height has a significant effect on the consolidation settlement of subgrade. In the early and mid-term of preloading, the subsidence rate is large. At the late stage of pile-loading and pre-pile-up, the subsidence rate obviously slows down. During consolidation of bagged sand wells, Tight control of staging size and stowage rate is important in the early and mid-term. In the example of highway expansion project, the improvement of overpass section of overpasses is adopted, and the reinforcement effect of soft soil by using bagged sand well preloading method has been obtained. It has good economic advantages and should be popularized and applied in similar projects.
