本实验采用头低位20°悬吊方法,造成体液头向分布,观察4组(对照组,头低位悬吊3、7、15天组)兔的脑超微结构和显微结构的变化,结果表明悬吊后兔脑出现明显的微血管组织结构的变化,这些变化在悬吊后第三天最明显,15天时有恢复趋势。
