工程项目建设通常投入资源多、占用资金大、建设工期长、涉及环节多、多种利益关系错综复杂,存在较大的不确定性和风险。工程项目建设过程中应加强内部控制。本文根据工程项目建设的特点,按照《企业内部控制基本规范》及《企业内部控制配套指引》的要求,结合工程项目管理的经验,对工程项目建设的内部控制加以分析,以便加强内部控制,保证工程项目顺利建设。
