随着社会主义新市场化经济的日益发展,企业之间在市场中的竞争也愈加激烈。就当前状况来讲,企业相互之间不但包括资金与生产技术的竞争,还涉及到创新知识与人才等其他方面的竞争。在现有基础上,企业需要加强对政工工作人员的培训工作,包括入职前与在职时的培训,从而提升职工个人的技术与知识能力,使其可以适应市场远期发展的需求,并且能够对社会各界中的职场压力从容应对。因此在新时期中,企业负责人应该对企业的政工工作提高重视,采取一定措施从本质上提升员工的专业技能与职业素养。
