目的:研究没食子及其提取物对致龋细菌生长的影响,探讨药物的防龋功效。方法:通过系统溶剂法对没食子浸膏及其3种提取物共4个组分,采用液体稀释法研究实验药物不同组分对变形链球菌、血液链球菌、内氏放线菌、粘性放线菌、乳酸杆菌5种主要致龋细菌生长的影响。结果:没食子浸膏和没食子总鞣质对细菌生长的抑制作用最强;提取物2对实验细菌的抑制作用较提取物3强,与总鞣质相当。结论:没食子及各提取物组分对口腔主要致龋细菌均有一定的抑制作用,但以总鞣质效果最好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of gallicin and its extracts on the growth of cariogenic bacteria and to explore the anti-cariogenic effects of the drugs. METHODS: Four components of gallic extract and its three extracts were prepared by a system solvent method. The liquid diluting method was used to study the different components of experimental drugs against Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis, Actinomyces nareni, and Viscosity release. The influence of the growth of five main cariogenic bacteria of bacteria and lactobacilli. RESULTS: The inhibitory effect of gallic acid extract and gallic acid total tannin on bacterial growth was the strongest; extract 2 had stronger inhibitory effect on experimental bacteria than extract 3, which was comparable to total tannin quality. Conclusion: Gallicin and all extract components have certain inhibitory effects on the main oral cariogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, but the total tannins have the best effect.
