一、引言在植物和动物的育种实践中,常常需要评定亲本系的配合力,以为合理利用品种、选择强优组合提供依据。配合力分析的具体方法,随交配模式和实验材料的性质而有不同。本文讨论的是以P个雌亲与q个雄亲交配、制成Pq个F_1材料,然后以最常用的随机完全区组设计进行比较的分析方法。
I. INTRODUCTION In the breeding practice of plants and animals, it is often necessary to assess the combining ability of the parental lines in order to provide the basis for the rational utilization of varieties and the selection of the combination of strengths and weakness. The specific methods of combining ability vary with the mode of mating and the nature of the experimental material. This article discusses the analysis of Pq F_1 materials by mating P mothers with q males and then comparing them with the most commonly used randomized complete block design.
