万宝村位于哈尔滨市松北区,是个城郊结合村,相对富裕。由于地利优势,“两补一免”后卖地成为该村惟一经济增长点,随着城市开发地价上涨,为争夺卖地权,引发该村基层选举贿选成风。2005年村委会换届选举,数百村民举报到市人大和市民政局：该村一张选票竟卖到了100元人民币!卖地与贿选亢接牵扯到镇党委和镇政府,这也是乡村两级组织“两补一免”日子更难过后再次向农民伸手的典型案例。
Wanbao Village is located in Songbei District of Harbin City, is a suburban village, relatively rich.
