松香是具有类似三元菲环结构的天然产物,通过与马来酸酐的Diels-Alder反应得到马来海松酸,在对甲基苯磺酸(TSA)的催化作用下,马来海松酸经过高温反应得到由羰基连接的脂环族二酐,此二酐保持了松香的类似三元菲环结构,在常规有机溶剂如乙醚,乙醇,THF,DMSO,丙酮,氯仿中均具有良好的溶解性能,与二胺经预聚得到固含量达到30%的聚酰胺酸溶液,涂膜,再经热亚胺化得到新型聚酰亚胺薄膜。实验中利用差示扫描量热计(DSC),热重分析仪(TGA),傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FTIR),核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)等分别对二酐单体和聚合物薄膜进行了表征。
