药品微生物限度普遍受到各国的极大重视,60年代初一些发达国家相继将非规定灭菌药物染菌限度纳入国家标准,成为药品检验的常规检验项目之一。我国也建立了自己的药品微生物限度标准。因此,研究探索中药制剂尤其是中药固体制剂的灭菌方法尤为重要。本文对中药固体制剂的灭菌方法及其优缺点作了具体介绍。 Microbial limit of medicines has been greatly valued by all countries. In the early 1960s, some developed countries successively included non-regulated limit of bacteria-causing drug contamination into national standards and became one of the routine test items for drug testing. Our country has also set up its own limits of microbial drugs. Therefore, the research and exploration of traditional Chinese medicine, especially traditional Chinese medicine solid preparation sterilization method is particularly important. This article describes the sterilization methods of traditional Chinese medicine solid preparations and their advantages and disadvantages.
