针对中原—开封天然气输气管道穿越黄河主河槽工程,遇到黄河冲刷深度、黄河主河槽构筑物要求、黄河调治调沙周期、定向钻的设计与施工要求以及大直径穿越黄河主河槽等综合性的岩土工程问题,在研究长距离、大直径管道施工工艺和岩土工程条件等后,决定采用分段修建钻机平台.对于地下水位高和粉土或粉细砂层,应减少机械振动直接传递到地基土,采用阻尼振动和深层固定等措施.结果表明,这一方案不仅有利于管线对接精度的实现,而且充分利用钻机资源,避免各种可预见工程问题的发生.
