在不确定的电力现货市场条件下,讨论了发电商和售电商关于长期合约交易与现货交易之间的最佳选择策略方法,提出一种(随机)二层规划理论模型及其求解算法。根据求解结果,发电商可确定适当的合约电价及合约电量,使公司获得最大利润;售电商能对签订多少合约电量和购买多少现货电量做出最佳决策,使公司获得最大效益。最后给出了结论及需进一步研究的问题。
Under uncertain electricity spot market conditions, this paper discusses the best choice tactics between generator and trader on the long-term contract transaction and spot transaction, and proposes a (stochastic) two-level programming theory model and its solution algorithm. According to the solution, the generator can determine the appropriate contract price and the contracted power to maximize the profit of the company. The seller can make the best decision about how much contracted power and how much to buy the spot electricity to maximize the benefit of the company. In the end, the conclusion and the problem to be further studied are given.
