目的分析全球医学真菌生物膜文献概貌,了解医学真菌生物膜研究现状,为进一步研究提供思路和依据。方法利用汤森路透的TDA软件分析Pub Med数据库收录的医学真菌生物膜相关文献的时间、国家、期刊、作者和高频主题词分布,分析引用前20位文献类型及内容,并制作作者合作网络图。结果医学真菌生物膜相关文献自1999年至今文献数量处于稳步增加的趋势,美国和欧洲在该研究领域处于主导地位,文献也主要发表于美国和欧洲的该领域核心期刊。发文量前10的作者中有3位来自于美国凯斯西储大学皮肤病学系医学真菌中心。医学真菌生物膜研究对象主要集中于念珠菌属和酿酒酵母,研究方向主要集中于医学真菌生物膜的形成、其与抗真菌药物的相互作用以及医学真菌发挥该毒力相关的基因和蛋白基础。被引频次排位与文献贡献排位作者趋势具有一定的一致性。中国该领域研究主要集中于香港和北京地区。结论欧美仍是该领域的研究大国,近5年中国内地的文献数量和引用率开始增加。临床常见医学真菌和模式真菌生物膜的形成、药敏及其毒力相关机制是医学真菌生物膜的主要研究热点。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the literature of global medical fungal biofilms and to understand the status quo of research on medical fungal biofilms and provide ideas and basis for further research. Methods TDA software of Thomson Reuters was used to analyze the time, country, periodical, author and high-frequency keywords distribution of medical fungal biofilm-related literature included in Pub Med database. The author analyzed the top 20 literature types and contents and made author cooperation networks Figure Results The literature on medical fungal biofilms has shown a steadily increasing number of articles since 1999. The United States and Europe are in the leading position in this field of research. The literature is also mainly published in the core journals in the field in the United States and Europe. Three of the authors of the top 10 papers were from the Medical Fungus Center of Dermatology at Case Western Reserve University. Medical fungal biofilm research focused on Candida and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the research focuses on the formation of medical fungal biofilm, its interaction with antifungal drugs and medical fungi play a virulence-related genes and protein basis. There is a certain consistency between the author’s ranking of the quoted frequency positions and the literature contribution rankings. Research in this field in China mainly focuses on Hong Kong and Beijing. Conclusion Europe and the United States are still the major countries of research in this field. The number of documents and citations in Mainland China has started to increase in the past five years. The common medical fungal and fungal biofilm formation, drug sensitivity and its virulence mechanisms are the main research hotspots of medical fungal biofilms.
