目前,国内外建筑玻璃贴膜的节能技术已得到广泛的应用,因此,如何准确地评估玻璃贴膜的节能效果对节能改造和节能测评有重要意义。通过对比实验室检测的贴不同隔热膜玻璃的特性参数,结合深圳市既有建筑改造某项目的实际改造效果,分析给出可行而较准确的玻璃贴不同隔热膜节能效果的定量评估方法。结论表明不同类型隔热膜的节能效果应使用不同玻璃特性计算,对贴Low-e膜的玻璃使用“透射比”进行节能效果计算是合理的;但对贴吸热膜或热反射膜的节能量评估时,应考虑对吸收比增加带来的实际进入室内热量的修正。
At present, the energy saving technology of architectural glass film has been widely used at home and abroad. Therefore, how to accurately evaluate the energy saving effect of glass film is of great significance for energy-saving reform and energy-saving evaluation. By contrasting the characteristic parameters of glass with different insulating films detected by the laboratory and combining with the actual retrofit effect of a certain project in Shenzhen City, the quantitative evaluation method of energy saving effect of different heat-insulating films with glass paste is given. . The conclusion shows that the energy saving effect of different types of insulating film should be calculated by using different glass characteristics. It is reasonable to calculate the energy saving effect of the glass with Low-e film by using “transmittance”. However, Of the assessment of energy savings should be taken into account the increase in absorption ratio caused by the actual entry into the indoor heat correction.
