１９９５～１９９７年，我科共收治涉及上颌窦的上颌骨囊肿３２例，传统的治疗方法是术前拍Ｘ片，对上颌窦密度增高或囊肿与上颌窦相通的病例，将囊肿摘除并同期行上颌窦根治术。我科将这种方法加以改进，采用先临床分类，再定手术方法，在临床上取得良好效果。临床资料１－临 From 1995 to 1997, 32 cases of maxillary cysts involving the maxillary sinus were treated in our department.
