将对国有垄断企业员工福利泛滥的原因,危害以及相关对策作初步探讨。在认清国有垄断企业高福利的危害后,建议有选择性的开放市场,规范企业和政府行为,加强外部财务监督,建立科学合理的员工激励制度。
The reasons for the proliferation of employee benefits in state-owned monopoly enterprises, their harms and the corresponding countermeasures will be discussed. After recognizing the harmfulness of high welfare of state-owned monopoly enterprises, it is suggested to selectively open the market, standardize the behavior of enterprises and government, strengthen external financial supervision and establish a scientific and reasonable staff incentive system.
