事业单位是我国特有的社会组织形式,为人民群众提供了许多公共服务。近年来,事业单位不断推行绩效工资激励制度,取得了一定成就,然而也存在一些问题。本文首先对事业单位绩效工资进行了概述,分析了事业单位开展绩效工资存在的问题,提出一些加强事业单位绩效工资正向激励路径,以期为我国事业单位绩效工资正向激励提供一些参考。
Institutions are unique forms of social organization in our country, providing many public services to the masses. In recent years, institutions have been implementing the performance pay incentive system, and achieved some success, however, there are some problems. This paper first outlines the performance pay of institutions, analyzes the problems existing in performance pay of public institutions, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the positive incentive path of performance pay in public institutions so as to provide some references for the positive incentive of performance pay in public institutions in China.
