材料组成对水泥稳定碎石抗弯拉强度有重大影响。应用灰色理论对水泥稳定碎石抗弯拉强度试验研究结果进行分析并建立强度预测模型。根据水稳碎石抗弯拉强度材料组成因素的灰色关联分析结果,选取影响最为显著的水泥剂量、水泥胶砂28d强度,集料级配分形维数、集料级配分形相关系数、含水量和集料压碎值作为预测模型参数,建立了90d抗弯拉强度预测模型并给出6参数模型简化式,适用性验证表明模型预测值与试验实测值满足误差要求,说明该模型具有良好的可靠性,可用于在材料组成设计中根据材料组成预估水泥稳定碎石90d抗弯拉强度。
Material composition of cement stabilized gravel flexural strength has a significant impact.
