本文完成了发动机空气系统的模型化工作,提出以典型非线性方程组作为空气系统的数学模型,给出了包括考虑旋转离心力和热交换影响的气冷叶片内流单元在内的各种典型节流单元的流动与传热基本方程。随后介绍了据此编制的空气系统特性数值模拟程序:该程序采用DCDN等算法分级迭代求解描述空气系统特性的非线性方程组。数值模拟的置信度通过与测试结果的对比给出。
In this paper, the modeling of the engine air system is completed. A typical nonlinear equation system is proposed as the mathematical model of the air system. Various typical sections including air-cooled leaf flow units considering rotating centrifugal force and heat exchange are given. Basic equations of flow and heat transfer in flow cells. Then introduced the air system characteristic numerical simulation program compiled according to this program: This program uses DCDN and other algorithms to iteratively solve the nonlinear equations describing the characteristics of the air system. Confidence in numerical simulation is given by comparison with test results.
