本文进行了CO_2-水混合蒸气在不锈钢V形纵槽表面进行了凝结换热实验研究。结果表明,CO_2质量浓度在80%~94%范围内,两V形纵槽表面的凝结换热特性均优于光滑平板。1 mm×2 mm纵槽冷凝表面的凝结换热系数比平板提高了8.51%~15.4%。在20%~94%浓度范围内,1 mm×2 mm冷凝特性均优于0.5 mm×1 mm冷凝块,所以适当增加肋片的高度和肋间距在一定程度上可以强化冷凝传热过程。
In this paper, CO 2 -water mixed steam was used to conduct experiments of condensation heat transfer on the surface of stainless steel V-shaped longitudinal grooves. The results show that the condensation heat transfer characteristics of two V-shaped longitudinal grooves are better than that of the smooth plate when the mass concentration of CO_2 is in the range of 80% ~ 94%. The condensation heat transfer coefficient of the 1 mm × 2 mm longitudinal groove condensation surface is 8.51% -15.4% higher than that of the flat plate. In the concentration range of 20% ~ 94%, the condensation characteristics of 1 mm × 2 mm are better than that of the 0.5 mm × 1 mm condensation block. Therefore, appropriately increasing the height of the ribs and the intercostal spacing can enhance the condensation heat transfer process.
