受当今教育体系内外环境的影响,学生的学习压力明显增大,导致学生的学习心理出现了一些问题,如对学习产生恐惧心理、厌学心理等,具体表现出对学习兴趣低下,学习缺乏动力,学习自主性不高,自信心不强等,学习的投入与产出呈现负相关趋势。究其原因在于学生在课堂中缺乏学习安全感、归属感和成就感,学生一旦在学习中有了较强的安全感、归属感和成就感,学习兴趣自然浓厚,学习动力定然增强,学习质效必然提高。笔者在多年的小学数学教学生涯中,注
