轮胎翻新简单来说是使用过的旧轮胎经挑选、检测符合轮胎翻新国家标准要求的轮胎(即胎体)按一定的工艺加上新的胎面的加工过程。轮胎翻新在国外来说,早已是一个非常成熟的产业了。自20世纪初轮胎翻新行业诞生一直稳步发展到今天,整个北美洲目前大约有1400个轮胎翻新厂。这些轮胎翻新厂的规模大大小小、多种多样,小型工厂每日翻新20多条轿车轮胎或卡车轮胎,大型的工厂每天可生产2600条或更多的翻新轮胎。我国每年消费轮胎约1.5亿条,这么一个巨大的市场,轮胎翻新行业现状如何?各翻修企业的生存状况是怎样的?轮胎翻新的市场前景又如何?带着这些问题,记者专程采访了中国轮胎翻修与循环利用协会的周林燕会长。
Tire Renovation Simply put, the used tires are selected and tested to meet the requirements of the national standard for tire retreading (ie, the carcass) by a certain process with a new tread processing. Tire renovation in foreign countries, has long been a very mature industry. Since the birth of the tire retreading industry in the early 20th century has been steadily developed to today, there are currently about 1,400 tire retreading plants throughout North America. These tire refurbishment plants are large and small and varied. Small factories refurbish more than 20 sedan or truck tires daily, and large-scale factories produce 2,600 or more retreated tires per day.
