在美国佐治亚大学,已发见,景天科酸代谢植物曝光后,二氧化碳放出量急剧增加(以下简称“猝发”)。菠萝叶片的详细研究结果表明,照光后二氧化碳猝发的幅度和动力在一天中有变化。在大气中,这种猝发通常呈现两个高峰,是随大气中二氧化碳及氧的浓度以及植株生长于其下的光强度而波动的。我们认为,既然第一个高峰与氧和二氧化碳的浓度有关,因此就表明有光呼吸的迹象;而第二个高峰则可能是由于景天科酸代谢中有机酸的脱羧作用所致。
At the University of Georgia in the United States, it has been reported that there is a drastic increase in the amount of carbon dioxide released (hereinafter referred to as “burst”) after the exposure of the Sedumceae acid-metabolizing plant. A detailed study of pineapple leaf shows that the magnitude and motivation of carbon dioxide bursts vary with the day. In the atmosphere, the bursts usually show two peaks that fluctuate with the concentration of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the atmosphere and the intensity of the light the plants grow under. In our opinion, since the first peak is related to the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide, it indicates a sign of photorespiration, while the second peak may be due to the decarboxylation of organic acids in the Metabolites of Sedum.
