本研究观察了维生素E对家兔体内日本血吸虫成虫和肝脏虫卵肉芽肿的作用。结果显示：维生素E对成虫无杀伤作用，而可抑制虫卵肉穿肿反应，虫卵肉穿肿直径较对照组小25.88％。说明：维生素E对日本血吸虫感染的家兔具有一定的保护作用，其机理可能与维生素E的抗脂质过氧化作用有关。
In this study, we observed the effect of vitamin E on adult Japanese schistosomiasis and egg granuloma in liver in rabbits. The results showed that vitamin E had no lethal effect on adults and inhibited the swollen eggs. The diameter of swollen eggs was 25.88% smaller than that of the control group. Description: Vitamin E has a protective effect on rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum, and its mechanism may be related to the anti-lipid peroxidation of vitamin E.
