文章在构建基本药物系统逻辑模型的基础上,确定了状态变量、速率变量、辅助变量和常量,利用DYNAMO方程式表示变量之间的函数关系,建立了状态方程、速率方程、辅助方程和常量方程,定量描述系统构成、系统行为和系统主体相互作用机制。文章依据各变量在现实系统中的取值情况,对模型中参数进行了假设,进一步对模型进行模拟分析并提出相关干预政策。
Based on the establishment of the logical model of the basic drug system, the state variables, rate variables, auxiliary variables and constants are determined. The DYNAMO equation is used to represent the functional relationship between the variables. State equations, rate equations, auxiliary equations and constant equations are established. Quantitative description of system composition, system behavior and system main body interaction mechanism. According to the value of each variable in the real system, the article makes assumptions about the parameters in the model, further simulates the model and puts forward relevant intervention policies.
