针对普通车床由于手工操作不准确,存在误差较大,效率低的问题。为解决问题,采用具有自学习、自适应的智能控制手段——神经网络进行控制,使得原操作过程被训练后的网络替代,从而提高效率,达到节能降耗的目的。在对比分析几种网络算法后,采用单神经元自适应PID控制。
For the ordinary lathe due to manual operation is not accurate, there is a larger error, low efficiency issues. In order to solve the problem, a self-learning and self-adaptive intelligent control method - neural network control is adopted, so that the original operation process is replaced by a network after training so as to improve efficiency and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction. After comparing several network algorithms, a single neuron adaptive PID control is adopted.
