本文探索丁公藤中抗风湿成份东莨菪素的紫外导数光谱测定法.并应用于冯了性风湿跌打药酒中该成份的测定.结果证明,题示物的二阶导数光谱在特定条件下,能完全清除较高的背景吸收,于390nm谷-420nm蜂振幅D值与药酒中题示物浓度有良好线性关系.以单味丁公藤酒作标准.与东莨菪素纯品对照测得回收率可达100.9%.
