兄弟同心创大业河北省旅港政协委员、香港旭日集团副董事长兼总经理杨勋先生,祖籍广东省惠州市。因这些年与河北省有着密切的经贸往来,且贡献突出,故在1993年被推选为河北省第七届政协委员和常委。后来又被聘为河北省政府经济顾问。之后,杨勋先生与河北往来更加密切,并把河北当作第二故多深深地爱恋着。杨勋早年在国内求学。60年代末,他与兄长杨钊赴香港闯荡天下。
