太极拳是祖国的一项宝贵文化遗产,自古以来为劳动人民的一种健身延年手段。根据我国学者的研究,长期练习太极拳对人体骨骼、肌肉、心血管和呼吸系统等都具有良好影响。进行太极拳锻炼时要求精神贯注和全身各个部分协调配合,因此对中枢神经系统的机能状态,也可能发生一定的影响,而有关文献报导尚未见及。
Taijiquan is a precious cultural heritage of the motherland and an extension of workout for the working people since ancient times. According to the research of Chinese scholars, long-term practice of Taijiquan has a good effect on human bones, muscles, cardiovascular and respiratory system. Tai Chi exercise requires mental attention and coordination of all parts of the body, so the functional status of the central nervous system may also have some impact, and the literature has not yet seen.
