目的通过了解深圳市宝安区某街道工业企业存在的职业病危害因素情况,为职业病防治工作的开展提供科学依据。方法收集2013年深圳市宝安区某街道252家存在职业病危害因素的工业企业的工作场所监测数据并进行统计分析。结果检测各类职业病危害因素2 933个点,合格率为82.92%。其中噪声危害最严重,合格率仅为57.50%,不同规模企业职业病危害差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.859,P>0.05);不同行业企业职业病危害差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.424,P<0.001),检测合格率最高的为塑胶行业(90.59%),最低的为五金行业(72.85%)。结论该市应重视噪声和化学毒物的防治工作,加强监督监管宣传教育工作,提高企业和员工预防职业病的意识,从而有效地预防职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the occupational hazard factors existing in a street industrial enterprise in Bao’an District, Shenzhen and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The workplace monitoring data of 252 industrial enterprises with occupational hazards in a certain street in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City in 2013 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2 933 points of occupational hazards were detected, with a pass rate of 82.92%. Among them, the noise was the most serious, with a passing rate of only 57.50%. There was no significant difference in occupational hazards between enterprises of different scales (χ2 = 2.859, P> 0.05). The occupational hazards in different industries were statistically different (χ2 = 27.424, P < 0.001). The highest qualified rate was plastic industry (90.59%), the lowest was hardware industry (72.85%). Conclusion The city should pay attention to the prevention and control of noise and chemical poisons, strengthen the supervision and supervision of publicity and education work, and raise the awareness of enterprises and staff in preventing occupational diseases so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
