Objective To investigate the related knowledge, attitude and behavior of radiological diagnosis workers in Anyang, and to analyze the related influencing factors, so as to provide basis for improving the protection awareness of operators, subjects, companions and the public , Providing direction for the future training of knowledge on radiation protection. Methods The radiodiagnostic staffs in cities, counties and other medical institutions in Anyang City were selected as the survey subjects. The questionnaires were used to conduct surveys. Descriptive statistics, single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the data. Results The score of 51.1% of KAP (knowledge, attitude, practice) in diagnostic radiology was 52.1%, the passing rate of attitude was 76.6% and the passing rate of behavior was 54.0%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that knowledge score The positions and length of service of the respondents were related. The attitude scores were related to the hospital category and knowledge score. The scores of behavior were related to the hospital category and job title. The KAP score was related to the hospital category. Conclusions This survey shows that there is an unbalanced distribution of awareness of protective knowledge in the course of diagnostic radiology. In particular, there is a lack of knowledge about the protection of subjects and companions, and inadequate understanding of power exhaust in the engine room. The distribution of protective behaviors during radiological diagnosis Extremely unbalanced, especially the lack of protection of the subjects and the people who accompany them; there is an inconsistency between the protective and the knowledgeable lines in the process of radiological diagnosis.
