水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠炎性前列腺组织形态和超微结构的影响

[目的]观察水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎模型前列腺组织形态及超微结构的影响。[方法]60只大鼠随机分为:空白对照组,模型组,前列康组,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组。建立大鼠前列腺炎模型。大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组分别灌服大(120mg/kg)、中(60mg/kg)、小(30mg/kg)剂量的水蔓菁总黄酮混悬液进行治疗,空白对照组和模型组均灌服同体积的生理盐水(1ml/100g),前列康对照组灌服前列康混悬液(1000mg/kg),每日1次,连续给药22d后,观察各组大鼠前列腺组织形态和电镜超微结构的变化。[结果]与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠前列腺比膜面(Sm)显著降低(P﹤0.01)。与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠Sm均显著增加(P﹤0.01)。水蔓菁总黄酮能使前列腺炎模型大鼠的前列腺组织形态和超微结构的病理变化得到显著的改善。[结论]水蔓菁总黄酮组可显著改善前列腺组织形态学病理变化,且有明显的量效关系。 [Objective] To observe the effect of total flavonoids of water marigold on the morphology and ultrastructure of prostate in rat prostatitis model. [Methods] Sixty rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Qianliekang group, large, medium, and small doses of total flavonoids. A rat prostatitis model was established. Large, medium, and small doses of water flavonoids were treated with large (120 mg/kg), medium (60 mg/kg), and small (30 mg/kg) doses of total flavonoids in water, respectively. Both the group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline (1ml/100g), and the Qianliekang control group was fed with Qianliekang suspension (1000mg/kg) once a day for 22 days after continuous administration. Changes in Ultrastructure of Rat Prostate Tissue Morphology and Electron Microscopy. [Results] Compared with the blank control group, the prostate specific membrane surface (Sm) of the model group rats was significantly reduced (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the Sm of rats with large, medium, and small doses of water flavonoids significantly increased (P<0.01). The water marigold flavonoids can significantly improve the pathological changes of prostatic tissue morphology and ultrastructure of prostatitis model rats. [Conclusion] The total flavonoids from water marjoram can significantly improve the histopathological changes of prostate, and there is a clear dose-effect relationship.
